Referrals

I was first introduced to Jennifer Johnson through mutual friends, we immediately hit it off when she began to tell me the vision of her business. I am writing this reference letter to highly recommend Jennifer Johnson of JenniferJDesigns for all of your party planning needs.

Jennifer is one of the most disciplined and punctual people I’ve ever known. Her ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions and nerve-wrecking situations speaks volumes about her hard work, determination and her composed demeanor.

During the process of planning my wedding she worked as our wedding planner but also took the designer role of creating my bridal shower invitations, wedding invitations, wedding programs, place cards, etc.

She demonstrated excellent leadership skills and team spirit while working with the event coordinator of our venue and mine and my husband's families and friends.

In general Jennifer Johnson is a compassionate and hardworking human being with perseverance and ambition. I strongly recommend Jennifer! This is the person you want behind the scenes on your big day!

Best Always,

WOW!

So , I am knee deep in wedding flowers and side projects right now, but as I took a quick break to get a little inspiration and I googled boutonnieres. The very first site I stumbled upon I found these "amazeballs" boutonnieres!!  Fritts Rosenow understood that the last thing a guy wants to do is wear a flower. With that said they have opened up the boundary doors or whats new to wedding style and just overall screams STYLE!!.They are a must check out and definitely a new favorite of mine.As my Fashionista bestie would say "I DIE!"

little Birds are BIG now!

Love these love bird cake toppers from CountrySquirrelsRUS on Etsy. Perfect for any wedding cake, anniversary, showers...they are so cute and bird fever is here. You can be simple and shabby chic with little blue birds or you can funk up you style with some hot pink flamingos. CountySquirrelsrUS will even take costume orders to fit your personality. My personal favorite is the yellow attitude couple up top. The color is modern and bold, yet the concept is cute and sweet.

Engagement Fun... For All Ages

Engagement Shoot With Chaz Cruz
San Diego Del Mar Fair
As summer came closer Love Birds Katie and Nick were tossing around some ideas for their engagement session. They wanted to be fun and playful as their love was. As Katie was driving home from work one afternoon the glimmering shine of the fair caught the corner of her eye........"PERFECT!" and the rest is history!

Chaz Cruz captured the exact spirit of what Katie and Nick wanted. I could barely pick the few pictures I posted because I wanted to share them all!!! Staging your engagement session in fun theatrical ways is the new "IN". No more portrait studio sessions over here!!!

This sunflower Sheik wedding took place with the San Diego Bay as a backdrop. The sun was shinning and the boats were sailing....the mood was set for this DIY Brides wedding day dreams. I was lucky enough to jump on board last minute to help my best friend over at Untamed Designs. The table settings were so detailed that they decided they could use an extra hand, so I was thrilled at the chance to work with some of my Industry favorites:)
The guest book table had a vintage Typewriter to type messages to the Bride and Groom and tables were named after a variety of their favorite local beaches. The Candy Bar was made of homemade goodies such as caramels and chocolate pops. To top it off, instead of a wedding cake they opted for a unique display of cookie creatures from the sea. All of which were hand painted by San Diego's very own "Cookie Lady" She was so exclusive that I could barely get a business card;) All of the unique hand made details composed a wedding full of love and life. Good Job Untamed!!
